Love at first sight? Just about! Abigail met Nathan for a 6:00 dinner date and has never looked back. These two really are a perfect compliment to each other and it didn’t take long before they knew they would spend the rest of their lives together.
Their lakeside wedding took place at the picturesque Little Sable Point Lighthouse in Mears, Michigan. As guests waited for the ceremony to begin they kicked off their shoes and enjoyed the gorgeous day with sand between their toes. The colors were on point with blue and coral orchids and dresses while the guys kept it casual with white shirts and sunglasses. It really felt tropical!
Nathan and Abigail share so much love! As they joined hands and said their vows I could tell that these two were soulmates. The ceremony was so heartfelt… and Abigail’s daughter also received a special sentiment from Nathan. The emotional exchange left all of us with a full heart as they said ‘I do’ to starting their lives together and becoming a family.
While guests made their way to the reception we were able to capture some time by the lake. The blue skies and white sand made for the perfect setting! I don’t think we could have asked for a better day. The bridal party stuck around for a few fun shots and then Abigail and Nathan settled in together for some more intimate poses. Even when I worked with them for their engagement photos their love was so evident and real. I’m so honored to have been asked to capture their big day. Congratulations!
